We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Haxford and have a great shopping experience. If for some reason you receive a faulty item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and our Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your issue as fast as possible.

*Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

 Returns Policy

Customer is responsible for shipping all returns/exchanges back to Haxford. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Contact customer support by filling out the form HERE or emailing customer support at hello@haxford.com with the subject line "Return for order #(your order number)". We will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
  • Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office or visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the return/exchange to be fully processed.

Please Note: Products must be in original condition and be shipped back in original packaging. If item arrives broken, buyer is responsible for broken or damaged items.


International Orders: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the weight of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in your account through the USPS Website.

Import Taxes & Duites

Please take note that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by Haxford.com. Please check with your local customs.

Monogram/Custom Orders

Monogram and custom engraved cases and wallets cannot be returned for a refund as the items are cannot be resold after they have been customized.


Haxford offers the following manufacturer warranties, from the date of purchase, on any defects caused by our manufacturing process

  • Phone Cases - 180 Days
  • Wallets - 180 Days

The warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, stolen, lost, dropped, or broken from any other misuse from the user. Haxford is NOT liable for any damages that their products offered on Haxford.com may cause from using the product. Haxford.com has full discretion as to what may or may not qualify as a manufacture defect.
